To continuously improve the Providence/Cranston workforce development area’s capacity to connect people, employers, jobs, education and service. The Providence/Cranston Workforce Development Board’s strategic vision and goals for preparing an educated and skilled workforce seeks to engage not only our business, education and economic development partners, but to also recognize value and necessity recruiting and retaining a qualified team of workforce professionals who are willing and capable of carrying out our mission. Our primary mission and vision is to be the innovative leader to ensure and sustain a quality workforce for today and the future.
